Phantom Body/Idyllic Mind

I experienced a strange state of consciousness last night. I woke up (I am assuming this was in the wee hours of the morning) and realized my entire body was numb. My right arm was placed over my heart region and my legs were splayed out over the bed. Nothing was cutting off the circulation of anything else. I surmised that this "numbness" was fomented by a subtle state of mind. Although my two eyes could see my body, for the life of me I couldn't feel my body. The mind that witnessed this detached state of consciousness was not perturbed over the fact it couldn't feel the body. It was just happy as the witness. When I moved my right arm, I snapped out of the transfixed state and went back to bed. As the title suggests, "phantom body, idyllic mind".
