A Small Switch

A prosperous future is grasped
by the mind of total immanence, the
benevolent jewel buried deep beneath
the undulating sand of vapid selfishness.
A prosperous life is guided by the spirit’s fulcrum,
the spinning axis of realization, the sticky web of
possibilities, the mandala of merit.

Listen! The Inner Sage speaks:
To understand prosperity, alignment
with self-reflective awareness is paramount.
To understand spiritual bankruptcy, a study of
self-reflexive neuron-jerking is boldly required.
To reflect on the nature of all things is to contemplate
the reality of primordial indivisibility.
To act or speak reflexively is to stab the world with scorn.
How could we choose the latter when the former
carries the truth?
How could we choose the latter when the threadbare world
is only held together by a few woeful strings?
Why murder the world when a small switch can bring
it back from the edge of obsolescence?
Listen! The Inner Sage has fallen silent.

Reiteration:

A prosperous future is grasped
by the mind of total immanence, the
benevolent jewel buried deep beneath
the undulating sand of vapid selfishness.
A prosperous life is guided by the spirit’s fulcrum,
the spinning axis of realization, the sticky web of
possibilities, the mandala of merit.
