Fractal Catharsis

A fractal is an ingenious geometrical construct that is created by the golden ratio. We see its eminent design in seashells, hurricanes, cauliflower, and in crop circles. Its beauty is displayed in its helical shape. A fractal also alludes to an infinite expanse of possibilities by inexorably moving inwards to a place without beginning or end. Outside of being just a fancy mathematical idea or a tortuous shape, a fractal is a paragon that helps explain a) the multidimensionality of the psyche and b) the path of the psyche as it encroaches upon the "soul level" of being. In other words, a fractal describes the movement of the mind in relationship to soul, and it also alludes to the existence of dimensions that elude the rational mind. This means that "mind evolution" can not be described strictly in terms of up and down, or left and right. The evolution of mind does not take the path of an arrow. Instead the path of the mind takes the form of a spiral fractal, or, in a macrocosmic sense, the form of a galaxy. Because the fractal form of a galaxy informs the fractal form of mind, everything is able to exist as a synchronous whole. When one rides the fractal mind, one rides the wholeness of the galaxy.
