“Reality is a domain of codes.”-Terence McKenna
True, succinct words.
The people who control the codes of conduct and ethics
control the reality perceived.
When one stops believing in the codes, the domain perceived shifts,
the dominion of the reality-makers and reality-shakers
is sloughed-off like dead skin.
One must intensify the lamp within in order to look
beyond the garish gloss of codes that ensnare the foolish.
When the endogenous light is attuned to a higher space-matrix,
invisible landscapes become phenomenologically apparent.
Topologies of an unseen order unfold.
Enormous mantids and other cryptids are seen suturing together
the broken worlds.
Language, that whirling rascal of context and content,
becomes a thing beheld.
When science learns to intensify its own lamp,
It will learn of the truths enfolded in tiny specks of light.
Until then, I guess our insufficient periscopes,
telescopes, and microscopes will have to suffice.
